We have the capacity to sample or run off complete production runs from tools manufactured in house as well as offering a contract moulding service to customers with their own tooling suites at competative prices.

3D CAD/CAM DESIGN

We design tools in house to customer specifications using standard off-the-shelf mould bases or designed custom applications if required. 3D models can be produced or imported in almost any format and then separated into core and cavity components to be placed in the mould base in order for the tool design process to begin.
